Nascido em 1953 é ator e autor.
Formado pela Escola Superior de Arte Dramática do Teatro Nacional de Estrasburgo, participou em mais de setenta peças de teatro de vários autores nacionais e estrangeiros. Entrou em cerca de trinta filmes em Portugal, França, Itália, Alemanha, Índia e Brasil. Trabalhou em várias produções televisivas de géneros diferentes: telenovelas, séries, telefilmes, peças de teatro e programas de humor.
Como autor publicou vários contos em jornais e revistas e dois romances: O último navegador, em 2008. Despedida de casado, em 2014.
