Victor Pereira, nascido em 1978, é doutorado em História pelo Instituto de Ciências Políticas de Paris, professor na Universidade de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour e investigador associado do Instituto de História Contemporânea da Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Dedica-se ao estudo e investigação sobre a emigração portuguesa, espanhola e francesa e sobre a História portuguesa do século XX.
