Nasceu em Évora, em 1978. Quase que se licenciou em História, embora diga às pessoas que acabou o curso. Começou na Comédia em 2006, integrando o grupo Sindicato. Em 2012 venceu o concurso de Stand-Up Comedy TMN Caça ao Cómico e passado pouco tempo integrou durante várias temporadas o 5 Para a Meia Noite, na equipa de Pedro Fernandes. Participou ainda como guionista, ator e comediante em diversos outros programas de televisão. No dia 6 de maio de 2017 foi considerado um dos portugueses mais rápidos a passar na A6, por parte da Brigada de Trânsito, facto que lhe granjeou uma multa que ainda anda a pagar.
