Valéria de Oliveira Roque é Professora, Pós-Graduada em Saúde Mental, Linfoterapeuta e Presidente da APL (Apoio e Prevenção do Lipedema).
Diagnosticada com Lipedema Grau IV em 2014, fundou a APL para auxiliar outras mulheres na procura do diagnóstico e tratamentos adequados para o controlo da patologia.
