António Manuel Mendes Ferrão, conhecido por Toy tanto no meio artístico como entre família e amigos, nasceu em Setúbal, a 10 de fevereiro de 1963.
Músico e cantor, é um dos mais populares artistas nacionais, também celebrizado pelo seu ativismo cívico e político.
É autor de milhares de canções e, entre concertos, eventos solidários e aparições televisivas, sobe ao palco mais de duzentas vezes por ano.
