Tocha começou como empreendedor de um projeto de hardware, tendo residido dois anos na China a gerir o desenvolvimento e o fabrico de vários produtos inovadores. Cofundador e anfitrião do Bitalk, um podcast dedicado ao ecossistema empreendedor português; fundador e CEO da Comudel, onde lidera um ambicioso projeto que desenvolve uma inteligência artificial inovadora, capaz de criar, gerir e operar empresas de forma autónoma.
Por fim, é cofundador da Olisipo Way e da Angels Way, um fundo de investimento, com 436 pequenos investidores, criado para apoiar start-ups em Portugal na fase de pré-seed.
