Tiburce Oger nasceu em 1967 em La Garenne-Colombes. Obteve o bacharelato em artes plásticas, seguindo-se a entrada na escola Beaux-Arts em Angoulême, onde permaneceu durante três anos. Prosseguiu a sua aprendizagem num estúdio de desenho animado desenhando Tartarugas Ninja e o dinossauro Denver. Tiburce publicou o primeiro volume de Gorn with Vents d'Ouest. Três anos mais tarde, durante a feira do livro de Bordeaux, conheceu Denis-Pierre Filippi que se ofereceu para ler as suas histórias. Os dois juntaram forças e criaram Orull, le faiseur de nuages. Hoje, coleciona armas antigas, tem uma paixão por cavalos e é particularmente apaixonado pelos autênticos westerns. Vive atualmente na região de Charentes, a poucos quilómetros de Angoulême.
