Steven Wilson

Steven Wilson (born 3 November 1967 in Kingston upon Thames, England) is an English musician, singer, songwriter and producer. He is widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in contemporary progressive music. Wilson is known for being the founder, vocalist and guitarist of the band Porcupine Tree, as well as having a successful solo career and being involved in several other musical projects.

Steven Wilson's career began in the late 80s, but it was in the 90s that he gained greater notoriety with Porcupine Tree, a band that initially explored psychedelic and progressive rock, evolving into a heavier and more complex sound over the years.
