Steven R. Lay

Steven R. Lay taught at Aurora University, after obtaining master's and doctoral degrees in Mathematics from University of CaliforniaIn 1998, after a period abroad, he returned to the United States to teach at Lee University, where he currently works. He helped his brother, David, refine and expand upon the classic work on Linear Algebra He is also the author of three other works in the field. Throughout his career, he has received important awards, such as... Excellence in Teaching Award (1985) and the Outstanding Alumnus – together with his father and brother (1989) –, of Aurora University, and the Excellence in Scholarship Award, from the Lee University (2006).
