Silvia Miguens

Silvia Miguens nasceu em Buenos Aires, Argentina. Conferencista em várias universidades da América do Sul, tornou-se especialista num tema que a apaixona: a ligação entre a História e a ficção e em particular o papel da mulher na História. A sua primeira narrativa, PollerapantalómI, foi finalista do prémio Emecé. Seguiu-se Lupe, vencedora do prémio Ricardo Rojas. Mais recentemente publicou Anita Gorostiaga, uma mujer entre dos fuegos (2004) e Ana y el Virrey (2006), alvo das melhores críticas literárias e um grande sucesso de vendas.
