Nascida e criada em Nashville, no Tennessee, nos EUA, Sarah Adams adora a família, dias quentinhos e contribuir para os sorrisos dos outros. Desde pequena que queria ser escritora, mas só bem mais tarde, aproveitando um intervalo proporcionado pela sesta das filhas, meteu mãos à obra e percebeu que já não tinha mais desculpas nem motivos para adiar esse sonho.
Sarah é um bocadinho viciada em café e uma absoluta nerd sobre tudo o que respeita à história do Reino Unido. É casada com o seu melhor amigo e mãe de duas meninas.
