Sara Costa entrou para o curso de Fisioterapia da ESSVPV em 2005 e licenciou-se em 2009.
Ao longo da sua prática fez diversos cursos na área da Fisioterapia, como reeducação global adaptada ao desporto, terapia manual integrada do ombro e treino funcional e terapêutico; e ainda de terapia visceral, electropunctura, coaching e reiki ( níveis I e II ).
Em 2015 formou a sua empresa Fisio e Alma.
