Sara B Carvalho é autora do romance de fantasia 777, premiado em 2022, e de O Irmão de Sofia, um livro infantojuvenil, de cariz educativo e solidário, inspirado num dos seus três filhos.

Participou em mais de uma dezena de coletâneas poéticas, tertúlias, entrevistas em rádio, podcasts. Tem quatro poemas musicados e lançados em CD por dois músicos nacionais. É administradora e responsável pelo grupo de poesia, do Facebook, «Alma de poeta, alma inquieta», tendo, em 2022 e 2023, coordenado e editado duas coletâneas homónimas.

Escreve, como cronista, para a redação Repórter Sombra e para o jornal A Voz de Paço de Arcos, no seu blog e redes sociais.
