Santiago Posteguillo

Santiago Posteguillo, doutorado pela Universidade de Valência, é atualmente professor na Universidade Jaume I de Castelló. Estudou literatura criativa nos Estados Unidos e linguística e tradução em diversas universidades do Reino Unido. Em 2018, foi professor visitante no Sidney Sussex College, da Universidade de Cambridge.
Recebeu o Premio a las Letras de la Generalitat Valenciana em 2010, o Premio Barcino de Novela Histórica de Barcelona em 2014 e, em 2018, foi galardoado com o Premio Planeta pelo seu romance Eu, Julia. É o autor de romances históricos mais vendido em língua espanhola, com mais de 4 milhões de leitores.
Maldita Roma é a sequela de Roma Sou Eu e a continuação do seu projeto literário mais ambicioso: uma série de romances dedicados à vida de Júlio César.
