Sandra Siemens é uma escritora argentina, nascida em 15 de junho de 1965, que vive numa cidade a sul de Santa Fé.
Estudou Letras na Universidade Nacional de Rosario (UNR) e frequentou o curso de Literatura Infantil.
Em 1992 publicou seu primeiro romance. Recebeu várias distinções, entre as quais o Prémio Norma-Fundalectura 2008 e o Prémio "El Barco de Vapor" 2009, foi finalista desse mesmo concurso em 2004, 2007 e 2011. O seu romance El hombre de los pieds-bat fez parte do catálogo White Ravens em 2010.
Tem livros publicados em vários países e, agora, finalmente em Portugal.
