Nasceu e cresceu em Paris, mas foi em Portugal que se formou em Línguas e Literaturas. Trabalhou vários anos como professora em Portugal antes de seguir novos rumos com a família. Foi enquanto vivia no Médio Oriente que despertou a vontade de escrever. Começou por um ensaio e um conto infantil que venceu um concurso literário, antes de se estrear no romance com As Migalhas de Beirute (Sana Editora). Em 2018, mudou-se para África e a paixão foi imediata. Escreveu então o seu segundo romance: O Veneno de KwaZulu (Sana Editora). O Último Voo da Gaivota da Cidade do Sal é o seu terceiro romance. Vive atualmente em Portugal, onde alia a sua profissão à escrita.
