Ruth Manus
Ruth Manus is a mother, stepmother, lawyer, and writer. She holds a doctorate in International Law from the University of Lisbon and a master's degree in Labor Law, with an emphasis on women's work, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Brazil.
She also holds degrees in Women's Leadership from Yale University's business school and in Positive Psychology from Stanford University's medical school, both in the USA. She also works as a speaker, having presented to over one hundred companies and public organizations.
She was a TEDx speaker twice and a visiting professor at Utah State UniversityShe is the author of nine other books, including Women are not annoying.Women are exhausted.; The Practical Guide to Anti-Sexism and 10 Stories to Try to Understand a Chaotic World — the latter, co-authored with Jamil Chade, was a finalist for the 2021 Jabuti Prize.
