Rute Dias é licenciada em Enfermagem, começou o seu percurso profissional como enfermeira no Reino Unido. Anos mais tarde, passou a dedicar-se exclusivamente à criação de conteúdos digitais, tendo já uma comunidade alargada na sua página de Instagram @arutedias. Em conjunto com o seu marido, são autores do podcast Escolhe Tu, desde 2023.

Cresceu rodeada de livros, mas foi recentemente que aprofundou o seu gosto pela escrita, sendo Sei o Teu Nome o seu romance de estreia. Atualmente, vive em Portugal com o seu marido, a filha e um amigo de quatro patas.
