Rui Teixeira Motta

Rui Teixeira Motta é licenciado em Direito e tem uma pós-graduação em Direito Europeu pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. Exerceu funções como Assessor da Assembleia da República, nas Comissões de Assuntos Constitucionais, Direitos, Liberdades e Garantias, e de Ética. Atualmente, é membro da Comissão Permanente do Conselho de Opinião da Rádio e Televisão de Portugal.
Coordenou o livro Televisão em Portugal – que Presente, que Futuro e colaborou como colunista no Jornal de Negócios e Diário Económico. É autor dos livros de poesia A Construção e o Canto (Editorial Notícias), com introdução de E. M. de Melo e Castro, Refracção (Editora Gato Bravo), com o prefácio de António Carlos Cortez, O Que Nunca Foi Sempre (Editorial Húmus) e A Exacta Figura (Editora Exclamação). Além destes, participou em diversas antologias poéticas em Portugal e no Brasil.
