Rosa Cardoso nasceu em 1983, em Coimbra. Estudou e trabalhou em Arquitetura e Design de Decoração até descobrir o gosto pela cozinha quando criou o blog de culinária Be Nice, Make a Cake em 2013. Tirou o curso de Gestão e Produção de Pastelaria, trabalhou em pastelaria de hotel e pastelaria de rua. Atualmente, como Chef de Pastelaria, desenvolve receitas para os cursos que dá no Norte e no Centro do país. Mantém o blog sempre atualizado com posts deliciosos, onde fotografa e prova todas as receitas antes de serem partilhadas.
É autora do sucesso A Sair do Forno. Para Comer à Colher é o seu segundo livro.
