Robert Asprin
Robert (Lynn) Asprin was born in 1946. He has written several independent novels such as Cold Cash War, Tambu and The Bug Wars and also the stories of Duncan and Mallory Illustrated, but the author is best known for his fantasy series, such as MythIt also has Adventures of Aahz and Skeeve, the novels of Phule Company and the novels of Time Scout written with Linda Evans. He also edited the anthology series. Thieves' World, with Lynn Abbey. Other collaborations include License Invoked (created in French Quarter of New Orleans) and several novels by Adventures of the Myth, all written with Jody Lynn Nye.
Robert Asprin's last solo work was a contemporary fantasy series called Dragons, once again set in New Orleans.
Bob died suddenly on May 22, 2008. He left behind a daughter and a son, his mother, and his sister.
