Fez parte da equipa de investigação internacional na área do talento, com a publicação do Observatório DCH - La Gestión del Talento en España 2016. Representa a DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano, como embaixadora em Portugal, assim como a EHCA - European Healthy Companies Association.
