Raquel Serejo Martins (Trás-os-Montes, 1974), Economista, com pós-graduações em Direito Penal e em Direito Administrativo, vegetariana, dançava flamenco agora estuda violoncelo, tem três gatos, vive em Lisboa. Todos os dias ouve uma canção do Sinatra, do Sabina ou do Buarque. Todos os dias lê pelo menos um poema. Tem em papel dois romances: A Solidão dos Inconstantes (2009) e Pretérito Perfeito (2013), cinco livros de poesia: Aves de Incêndio (2016), Subúrbios de Veneza (2017), Os Invencíveis (2018), Plantas de Interior (2019) e Silêncio Sálico (2020), e uma peça de teatro: Preferia estar em Filadélfia (2019). Já escreveu duas canções.
