Ramit Sethi

In 2004, Ramit Sethi was studying Technology and Psychology at Stanford University and needed money to pay for his tuition. He created a system to apply for 60 scholarships and, when he received his first check, invested it all in the scholarship. He lost half the money and then decided to learn more about money. He discovered that most of the advice available was irrelevant and realized that financial stability doesn't involve self-imposed restrictions or caution, but rather psychology.
