Rafez Rez é especialista em marketing, com MBA em Marketing pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) em 2013. Fundador da consultoria de marketing digital Web Estratégica, já atendeu mais de 1.180 clientes em 20 anos de carreira.
Fundou o seu primeiro negócio em 2002, de onde saiu no final de 2010. Foi sócio de outros negócios desde então, mantendo sempre como atividade principal a direção geral da Web Estratégica.
Além de empreendedor e consultor, foi professor de MBA, Pós-Graduação e Extensão em diversas instituições: HSM Educação, ILADEC, Cambury, Febracorp, Impacta, ESAMC, ALFA, ESPM, INSPER.
Em 2016 fundou a Nova Escola de Marketing.
