Pinho Neno

It was the year 1934, and Murtosa was about to see a son born.
The future held great promise for this child, both professionally and personally; a gifted individual for writing, and particularly for poetry.
Professionally, he was a teacher at various levels and teaching modalities; director of the Pina Manique College; head of division at the Institute for Support to Emigration and Portuguese Communities; assistant to the Minister of Education (Prof. José Augusto Seabra); coordinator of the Legal Office of the Institute for Educational Innovation; deputy director general of Higher Education; and reporting secretary of the Higher Education Evaluation Committee in the area of ​​education.
A member of several social, educational, scientific and cultural associations, especially SHIP (Historical Society of the Independence of Portugal), he has given numerous presentations within the scope of these activities.
