Peter Brook

Peter Brook (1925-2022) é um dos encenadores mais respeitados e influentes do mundo. Inglês radicado em França, o seu trabalho tem-se distinguido nas áreas artísticas do teatro, da ópera, do cinema e da escrita. Célebre pelas encenações dos textos de Shakespeare na Royal Shakespeare Company, Brook dirigiu até 2008 o Centro Internacional de Criação Teatral no Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord, em Paris. O ESPAÇO VAZIO foi o primeiro livro que escreveu sobre teatro.
