Pedro Francisco Tanda

Nasceu em Tomboco, na Província do Zaire, Mestre em Ciências da Educação, na Especialidade de Ensino de História de Angola pelo Instituto Superior de Ciências da Educação (ISCED-LUANDA), e Licenciado em Ciências da Educação, na opção de Filosofia pelo mesmo, em 2011. Professor de Carreira, exerceu as funções de Sub-Diretor Pedagógico do Complexo Escolar Bel-Mar, em Luanda, Diretor Geral do Instituto Superior Politécnico Privado do Luena, no Moxico, Assessor para área científica da Promotoria do Instituto Superior Politécnico Atlântida.
Atualmente é professor e Diretor Geral Adjunto para Área Académica do Instituto Superior Politécnico Atlântida (ISP-Atlântida), em Luanda.
