Pedro Bettencourt da Camara é licenciado em Direito pela Universidade Clássica de Lisboa, pós-graduado em Gestão em Portugal (UNL) e no estrangeiro (INSEAD e Templeton College, Oxford) e doutorado em Ciências do Trabalho, pela Universidade de Cádis.
Desenvolveu a sua carreira como gestor de recursos humanos em empresas multinacionais (Shell, Digital e PepsiCo) e é, atualmente, consultor em gestão estratégica de recursos humanos e professor universitário.
Tem várias obras publicadas sobre gestão de recursos humanos, é conferencista e formador e colabora regularmente na imprensa económica.
