Peadar O’Guilin é um autor irlandês. A sua cidade natal, Donegan, bem como toda a área envolvente, foi uma importante inspiração para o livro The Call.
Habituado desde pequeno a falar não só inglês como também irlandês, a ligação do autor ao folclore e às tradições da Irlanda influencia aquilo que representa nos seus livros.

Vive em Dublin e já escreveu vários romances, contos e peças de teatro, assim como uma série de banda desenhada.
The Call é o seu primeiro romance para jovens adultos publicado em Portugal.
