Nasceu em 1970. Arquiteto, doutorado em 2004 pela Universidade Politécnica da Catalunha, concluiu em 1996 o programa de Master La Cultura de Metropolis. Possui atelier próprio em Lisboa, onde tem desenvolvido diversos projetos. Foi arquiteto do Departamento de Construção de Habitação da Câmara Municipal de Lisboa entre 1994 e 2000. Foi professor na Universidade Lusíada entre 1997 e 2007 e atualmente é presidente e professor auxiliar do Departamento de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do ISCTE.
