Paulo Scott

Paulo Scott nasceu em Porto Alegre em 1966. Escritor e professor universitário, publicou dez livros no Brasil: quatro romances, um livro de contos (Ainda Orangotangos, adaptado para cinema por Gustavo Spolidoro) e cinco de poesia. Em Portugal, publicou o seu segundo romance, Habitante Irreal (Tinta-da-china, 2014). Recebeu os prémios Machado de Assis da Fundação Biblioteca Nacional, APCA, Açorianos de Literatura, entre outros, e foi finalista de prémios como Jabuti, Prémio São Paulo de Literatura e Prémio Literário Casa da América Latina. Vive atualmente em Garopaba, Santa Catarina.
