Paulo Neves da Silva, in addition to holding a degree in Applied Mathematics and working professionally in software development, is passionate about literature and reading. Therefore, in 2000, he began the systematic research and collection of quotations, text excerpts, and poems, which he thematically classifies and freely shares on the website he founded, Citador, at www.citador.pt, currently a leading resource in Portugal. Expanding on the results of his collections, from 2005 onwards he began publishing several books, most notably the collection with successive re-editions.
