Paulo Neto
Paulo Neto is an assistant professor with tenure in the Department of Economics at the University of Évora. He holds a doctorate and tenure in Economics from the same university, and is the author of several books and articles published in books, journals and other national and international scientific publications in the areas of regional and urban economics, European economics, and the design and evaluation of public policies. He is a collaborating researcher at the Centre for Advanced Studies and Training in Management and Economics of the University of Évora (CEFAGE-UE) and at the Research Centre on Space and Organizations of the University of Algarve (CIEO-UALG).
He coordinated several undergraduate, postgraduate, and master's degree courses. He was Pro-Rector of Strategic Planning and Director of the Department of Economics at the University of Évora. He is a member of the General Council and coordinator of the Public Policy Monitoring Unit (UMPP) at the University of Évora, a project funded by the INALENTEJO program.
