Paulo Hayes

Paulo Hayes frequenta o 5.º ano do doutoramento em História (variante de história e cultura das religiões) na Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa. É mestre em Ciência das Religiões e licenciado em Direito. Além disso, é diretor do Instituto Português de Yoga e Mindbody e professor internacional na Yoga Alliance. Iniciou a sua prática no ano de 1989. Colabora com Universidades portuguesas e outras instituições em cursos de Yoga e Meditação. Desenvolve conteúdos para a Comunidade on-line www.yogaemportugal.org e organiza regularmente workshops, retiros e viagens de grupo ao Oriente. A página pessoal do Autor é www.paulohayes.com
