Paul Hare

Paul Hare serviu como representante especial dos E.U.A. No processo de paz em Angola, entre 1993 e 1998. A sua brilhante carreira no Serviço dos Negócios Estrangeiros incluiu cargos como Director dos Assuntos da África Austral e Embaixador dos E.U.A. na Zâmbia. Membro do United States Institute of Peace entre 1996 e 1997, é actualmente Director Executivo da Câmara dos Estados Unidos - Angola.
