Nuno Markl nasceu em Lisboa, em 1971.
Na escola tentava contar coisas engraçadas para impedir que lhe batessem. Hoje continua a fazê-lo, mas isso não o impede de levar, de vez em quando.
É humorista, sendo o autor de rubricas radiofónicas como O Homem Que Mordeu o Cão e Caderneta de Cromos, na Rádio Comercial.
Co-escreveu Herman Enciclopédia, Paraíso Filmes, O Programa da Maria e Os Contemporâneos.
Foi ator no filme A Bela e o Paparazzo e já emprestou a sua voz a personagens de animação, na dobragem de filmes da Disney e da Dreamworks, como DivertidaMente e História de Uma Abelha.
Foi o criador da série 1986, da RTP1.
Vive na Parede com duas cadelas, Flor e Uva, que - suspeita-se-lhe segredam grande parte das ideias contidas em Páginas de Livros Infantis Rejeitadas.
Já conheceu pessoalmente Jerry Seinfeld, Terry Jones, Ben Stiller, Jack Black e Tony Ramos. Não ficou com o contacto de nenhum deles, no entanto. Nem eles com o dele.
