Norman Ohler é um romancista premiado, argumentista e jornalista alemão. Publicou diversos livros onde se destacam Os Infiltrados (Ed. Vogais, 2021) e Delírio Total (Ed. Vogais, 2017). Para este último pesquisou durante cinco anos em numerosos arquivos na Alemanha e nos Estados Unidos, e falou com testemunhas, historiadores militares e médicos.
É autor do primeiro romance hipertexto do mundo - Die Quotenmaschine -, e coescreveu o argumento do filme Imagens de Palermo, de Wim Wenders.
