Nicholas Perricone

Nicholas Perricone é um dermatologista e nutricionista norte-americano, formado pela Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, onde dá aulas e onde fundou o departamento de dermatologia. É ainda professor na Yale School of Medicine. Em 2002, recebeu o Eli Whitney Award, atribuído anualmente a investigações com contributo significativo para a ciência, pelas suas descobertas na área do envelhecimento pela inflamação das células. É autor de vários bestsellers.
