Nascida em 1960, vive em Paris e já se dedica à escrita há mais de duas décadas. É autora da célebre coleção Lobo Grande e Lobo Pequeno, ilustrada por Olivier Tallec. Ao longo dos anos as suas obras têm sido abundantemente traduzidas e publicadas em vários países.
Prémios e nomeações -2016 Prix jeunesse des libraires du Québec; 2014 Prémio nazionale Nati per Leggere, Salão Internacional do Livro de Turim; 2021 Prix Landerneau, na categoria Album Jeunesse (finalista).
