He was a co-founder of DeepMind, one of the leading artificial intelligence companies, and after ten years with the company, assumed the vice presidency of AI product and policy management at GoogleHe studied at Oxford but dropped out to help create a non-profit telephone counseling service. She currently lives in Palo Alto, California.
