Moudhy Al-Rashid

Moudhy Al-Rashid é doutorada em Estudos Orientais no Wolfson College da Universidade de Oxford, onde se especializou nas línguas e na história da Mesopotâmia antiga. É investigadora do Instituto Oriental da mesma instituição e docente de disciplinas sobre a história da ciência na Mesopotâmia e o estudo de textos acádicos.
Tem colaborado com artigos para revistas académicas e de divulgação histórica, incluindo History Today, sobre temas tão diversos como as doenças mentais na antiga Mesopotâmia ou a educação na Babilónia. Tem participado em programas de rádio e em vários podcasts, incluindo o podcast da BBC You're Dead to Me. Nas suas redes sociais procura dar a conhecer a antiga Mesopotâmia aos seus seguidores e devolver vida às histórias dos antigos habitantes daquela região.
