Director and president of the scientific council of ISG. He holds a post-doctoral degree in Business Economics (2008), a doctorate in Economics (2004), a master's degree in organizational systems of economic activity, and an MBA in marketing (1997), having completed his undergraduate degree in Economics in 1993. He began his teaching career in 1993 and has been a visiting professor at several higher education institutions in Portugal and abroad.
