Miguel Mealha Estrada é psicanalista pediátrico e de neorodesenvolvimento. Formado no Reino Unido, trabalhou vários anos para o NHS, o serviço nacional de saúde britânico, tal como para entidades privadas. Em Inglaterra, foi diretor clínico de dois centros de dia para crianças com autismo e responsável clínico do projeto Targeted Mental Health in Schools (TaMHS), um programa de saúde mental infantil britânico do NHS.
Regressou em 2012 e trabalha hoje em dia no setor privado e é coordenador clínico do projeto-satélite do TaMHS em Portugal, Cuidar da Saúde Mental Pediátrica.
É autor dos livros Um Mapa para Chegar ao Coração da Criança e Ouvir o que a Criança Não Diz.
