Miguel Cardina is a researcher at the Centre for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra. He coordinated the research project. «CROME – Crossed Memories, Politics of Silence. The Colonial-Liberation Wars in Postcolonial Times», funded by the ERC (European Research CouncilHe is the author or co-author of several books, chapters, and articles on colonialism, anti-colonialism, and colonial war; the history of political ideologies in the 1960s and 1970s; and the dynamics between history and memory.
