Miguel Beleza

He was Minister of Finance from 1990 to 1991 and Governor of the Bank of Portugal from 1992 to 1994. Academically, he held the position of full professor at the Faculty of Economics of the Nova University of Lisbon, where he is currently a Visiting Associate Professor.
