Michael Useem

Michael Useem, o autor de The Leadership Moment, é Professor de Gestão da cátedra William e Jacalyn Egan na Wharton School, na Universidade da Pensilvânia, e também director do Center for Leadership and Change Management da mesma Universidade. O professor Useem leva os seus alunos até aos confins do mundo — à Antárctica, aos Andes e aos Himalaias — para aprenderem acerca dos seus momentos de decisão pessoais e profissionais.

O professor Useem obteve o doutoramento na Universidade de Harvard e tem publicado inúmeros artigos, incluindo no Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fortune e Fast Company.
