Michael Rosen is an author, poet, presenter, BBC broadcaster and activist who has written more than 140 books. He was Professor of Children's Literature at Goldsmith's University of London. He has received several awards in his long career, including the Children's Laureate Prize from 2007 to 2009 and the recent PEN Pinter Prize in 2023. He lives in England, where he was born in 1946.
