Marlene Silva nasceu e vive em Espinho. Cresceu rodeada e atenta a histórias, a sua grande paixão. Como seria de esperar, formou-se na área das Ciências da Comunicação, na qual trabalha há mais de 20 anos. Em 2012, escreveu e lançou o primeiro livro de contos infantis, "À Conta dos Objetos". Continua a colecionar histórias para contar ao público em quem mais confia: as crianças.
