Foi presidente da Trading Behaviour Dynamics, Inc., onde organizou seminários e programas de treino sobre psicologia do trading um pouco por todo o mundo para audiências de traders, investidores profissionais, sociedades de corretagem, bancos, gestoras de fundos, entre muitas outras organizações profissionais.
